A list of mentor candidates are established and maintained for six months. Candidates for JATC Operator Mentors shall apply to the JATC using a written application. (See attached) Applications will be taken on an ongoing basis, and reviewed quarterly, as follows: 

 

Mentors are Selected Based on the Following Criteria: 

a) The applicant is safe and responsible in the field. 

b) The applicant has a reputation among their peers for mastery of their work, being a team player in getting the work done in the field, and being a supportive coworker at all times. 

c) The applicant demonstrates a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and pride in their work. 

d) Two years of experience as an operator is recommended.
